Potential cooperation always begins with a thorough verification of the land in terms of meeting the conditions for the location of a wind or photovoltaic farm. During land lease agreements negotiations, we answer all questions, we are fully transparent and we clearly explain what will be the investment process. Our long experience on the Polish market, supported by 150 MW of wind farms in operations, 1200 MW of PV in advance development, 255 MW of wind projects in development, guarantees high success of realization of projects.



A potential site for a photovoltaic farm should have a minimum land area of 2 ha and be located close to a MV/HV transmission line or a local transformer station. The farms are located on land with low soil classes IV-VI, as well as outside any nature protection areas and forms. For the development and construction of wind parks, the potential location should currently be characterized by a minimum distance of 500 m from the nearest residential buildings, and should not be located in nature protection areas (National Parks, nature reserves, landscape parks, Natura 2000 sites).
